I want to help you to have a truly special bespoke cake for your celebration. I do not overbook my cake diary to ensure that I can dedicate time to bring your dream cake to reality.

Ordering cakes

If you would like to chat about your dream cake and see if I can bring some magic to your celebration send me an enquiry (as I’m often in the kitchen!) and I’ll get in touch with you.

At this stage I will need the date of your celebration (or date that you will require the cake if different) to enable me to check my availability.

It is also helpful to know if you are interested in a cake or cupcakes (or both!) and the location of the event.

If you have any other information that you want to share such as:

• the number of guests you are expecting
• location of your celebration
• any flavour ideas
• any initial design ideas

It can be helpful for me but it isn’t essential at this stage.

I will let you know if I am available for your date and from there we can chat about your ideas to see if I am the right cake designer for you.

We will come up with some potential designs and I will be able to give you an estimate of the cost.

If you decide you would like me to make your cake you will need to pay a booking fee to secure the date. I will then send you a detailed sketch and we can work to finalise the design.

If you are booking a wedding cake I will arrange a full consultation so that you can taste your favourite flavours and finalise your design. We will also talk about portion sizes, delivery and setting up at the venue. A consultation can be arranged for celebration cakes for a small fee.

Ordering sugar flowers

If you would like to order sugar flowers to place on your own cake email me and let me know:

• the date the sugar flowers are needed (remember you might want to have them a few days before your event)
• the names of any flowers or foliage you would like
• colour scheme of the cake you are placing them on or any colour ideas you have had
• size of cake you are placing the flowers on
• the overall style you are hoping to achieve
